Assuredly you know what I am on about having been writing you and others of the GLIST for many a year now with innumerable e-mail receipts of acknowledgement and of course I tossed in quite a few registered letters to be certain the pertinent authorities had been duly informed of the humongous number of serious issues that need to be addressed to be consistent with democracy and the Rule of Law, both obviously consistent with The Spirit the epitome of simplicity and sanity being rather a good thing DONTCHA KNOW?
For everyone to get along prerequisite of sane civilizations I presume being a deduction using the natural progression of thought and reason founded on solid ground and erected up, down, sideways, this way and that all over the place wherever one's mind leads them that assuredly can be a zigzagged course and a jungle of them intermixed at every intersection no matter which path one takes is a precise known latitude, longitude and altitude that once known and mapped for reference one studied in such measurements can return again and again from any direction by either astronomical means or a coordinated network of markers with known east, west and height values.
The majority of us do not get too involved in theories of measurement in the various sciences and thus assuredly best to leave such stuff to the scholars of the various environments of study, but most pertinent to humankind communications is a network of words assigned to a vast mass of meanings with it most important we all have a common understand of the meanings associated to the words so that if I say go west young man the young man does not step briskly towards the morning sun.

On a cloudy day or nights darkness we can see that we can not be dependent on the sun to guide us, but of course there are ways and means to sort things out much simpler in developed areas where we can orient ourselves and to keep this simple so everyone can be expected to be on the same page if they are reading and on the same page being rather pertinent too EH?
It would be prudent to mention that in any and all scenarios ventured hereon or other writings of the Charter Democracy Force (the Force) it is presumed TRUTH and thus SANITY prevails and given that the subject matter ... As you know of humans we all need to provide the necessities for ourselves to sustain life and then there is the desire to continuously advance quality of life with assuredly nobody caring to go backwards being somewhat of a hopelessness and despair kind of thing much worse than steadily advancing laterally that hopelessness and despair will surely not go unnoticed there, but perhaps a little slower in the uptake.
As we know when persons find them self in the cellar where amoral inclination breeds advancing to criminal persuasion we can say goodbye to the harmonious environment promised in every individual's presumption of innocence when The Spirit is materialized so as every individual reacts in, of and with The Spirit without the exercise of thought.

If we have children we need to see that they get a far better education than we especially in the rapid advancement of technologies.
It would be nice to have money to put away for a vacation too ... you know all about that stuff in the upper tier Right?
Then there is the certainty that we all get older and eventually will be set out to pasture with no real desire after working all our lives to finally have some time for ourselves and have no money to do with anything with utilities and whatever steadily increasing simply being a rat race you rats create for the people while you set everything up for the advancement of the advantaged where obviously given that you are presumed to be in, of and with The Spirit like all the rest of us, but with a special responsibility to the success of the populace not the success of the government hierarchy in the manner you people have obviously interpreted with the ideology you keep the upper tier 10% minority healthy wealthy and wise with pots of gold over flowing so that it spills over and trickles back down to the persons that labored for it.
Analysis of reality provides us the prerequisite knowledge to deal with it and of course if we look at the reality as a whole and see it as one humongous company that we all need to work, eat, clothe and shelter and on like that as the resources must be fairly distributed apportioned as per effort exerted whereas we can no more get along without laborers than we can management and assuredly laborers work harder in more mundane jobs and assuredly there would be no need to produce if there weren't consumers.
When we look at reality sanely it is the 80% majority that actually carry the major burden of taxes that pay for the schools and teachers to educate us to be exploited by the corporate world as the taxpayer pays for the roads to get us to and fro school and work, the same roads the corporate world uses to distribute their products and the same people that work for them purchase their products that goes on and on like that and once they get big through the realities of it all that should be pleased with entire world populace working together to elevate them while existing meager quality of life in proportion to contributing effort we can only have a disgruntled populace that simply is not acceptable with you people the wherewithal to see that such absurd distribution of wealth is quickly rectified.
There simply is two sides of the story with the 90% majorities obviously never heard as these arrogant bandits get to feeling rather kingly and queenly of them selves for the swell job they took advantage of us being in particular yours and others akin RESPONSIBILITY to make sure nobody is taken advantage of and the more disadvantaged given more advantage to become less disadvantaged and thus more able to contribute to society as a whole.
I am well aware that what I state is absolutely back asswards to the ideology of the Capitalist PIG ideology that assuredly works well for them while they ransack society, but the pertinent point in these matters of The Spirit is what is back asswards to the Capitalist PIG is straight forward Gung Ho in The Spirit that just happens to be the law in purported to be democracies
I do not presume to be enlightening you any more now than when I first began 5 years ago as the preponderance of evidence I have collected and not collected in silence of absence of appropriate action consistent with the Constitution, whereas the enormity of the criminal charges that surfaced and yet to be dealt with is extraordinarily stupefying so obtrusively obnoxious and stomach turning of what you all collectively have done with minds of humankind despite the accompanying magnificent brains.
Assuredly there can be no God a mirage of the self proclaimed hierarchy of State and Church for He certainly would have parted the red seas of blood by now.
Clearly you have demonstrated that "Only the wisest and the stupidest cannot change" and have been quite attentive to see that we are the stupidest prerequisite to the held fast TRADITION of the GREEDY SEEDY WEEDY that NEED us more than we need you and in fact an understatement of the highest degree that it is the knowledge of the thing that so humongously hurts to a frustration beyond belief when I meet some people and in fact the majority of the people that cannot retain a thought and put another one simultaneously with it when I attempt to bring them on side with reality.
Assuredly this must please you and assuredly I understand coherently and if not for the luck of the draw 9 - 1 I could very well be up in the Upper Tier with you in full cooperation and perhaps with a few good ideas too, to advance my quality of life and others that would accept me and ideas of mutual benefit, as I doubt it would occur to me to look at the reality of the whole any more up there than down here without some notable intervention.
As you know I just struggled my life attentive to dealing with my personal responsibilities until I was 62 ... I guess perhaps my outlook is entirely different due to conditions of happenstance just widening my range of understanding remaining the same as I always was just struggling my life attentive to dealing with my personal responsibilities.
Having retired at the end of August 2004 with a meager pension, but lucky I had spent the last 14 years with the City of Toronto that provided a pension plan that was not available to me in the private sector where I had left my managers position in 1990 when the economy turned south once again for a far lesser responsibility job with the City of Scarborough with much greater pay and benefits that I assuredly could not complain about that.
However I assuredly can complain about the much greater incompetence that ran rampant simply because not much was expected of them with an abundance of staff to be more specialists of a thing rather than be versed in the whole scheme of things and what was particularly frustrating is none were specialists of anything ... I stand corrected as there were a few better at goofing off than others.
Obviously on different sides of the fence decidedly my adversary humongously out numbered like never before, I simply accept it as a decent challenge, decidedly the right thing to do in the whole scheme of things not looking or expecting a pat on the back now any more than any time prior being "How it is" in the reality that I have come to know.
I do know having seen many times the masses against me having faith in their ignorant well accomplished supervisors, however overtime they come to know I state only what I know to be true and when happenstance finds me ignorant of a pertinent thing I rectify it before I allow my mouth to motor.
So I am quite confident that little old me is of gigantic proportions with The Spirit accompanying me.
I am armed only with TRUTH in an environment immune to it certain to self destruct as the going gets tough perhaps the Catholics and Protestants will be more thorough than they were in the THIRTY YEAR WAR most inspirational to know you fight on the side of right.

Today Attorney General Chris Bentley received a registered letter from me simply requesting he act RESPONSIBLY consistent with his RESPONSIBILITY as the "Guardian of the Public Interest"

To be certain there is no obstruction to the acquisition of truth and no misapprehension as to the meaning of the law it is prerequisite that all loopholes and other inconsistencies with The Spirit deliberately or otherwise placed be removed for although The Spirit has precedence over the letter of the law and every individual is RESPONSIBLE to be in, of and with The Spirit and surely there is no reason for any sane individual to not know what is and what is not receptive to a fellow human as we all understand at 5 prior to the first day of school ... surely there are bad, mean people EH? 1 4 Money 2 4 Show Right? ... that simply do not give a damn about every individual's guaranteed Charter rights as they are led to believe their only obligation is to vigorously advance the interests of their clients.

Yes of course ... the illegitimate Law Society that even believe they are not required to look at evidence when it is against their members even citing the Law Society Act that the Attorney General administers that also states that he is not ACCOUNTABLE to the reprimand provisions under the Act as he a bencher with precedence 2nd only to the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada appoints the Chair and four others selecting 5 more from a list provided by the Law Society, while he advises all government department, agencies and police heads.
He or his Crown Attorneys may advise the police , but ultimately it is up to the police to file charges and should they he makes the final decision of whether or not to proceed and in which manner.
So we see he has the system pretty much sewed up EH?
The R&R of the AG goes on to state that he must have absolute independence with no interference from Cabinet or partisan political influence and it also states he has the responsibility to attend to the interests of Cabinet ....

perspectives of the Ministry at Cabinet, while simultaneously representing the
interests and perspectives of Cabinet and consequently the Government to the

responsibilities stemming from this role are unlike those of any other Cabinet
member. The role has been referred to as "judicial-like" and as the

I have LEGAL CERTAINTY that former Attorney General Michael Bryant aided and abetted Don Wilson's, President/Director of Bio Safe, flight from justice after he committed two counts of Criminal Fraud witnessed, documented and recorded by the court of which Act he administered, being pretty much what one would expect of a Criminal Fraud purporting to be an elected people's representative, "Guardian of the Public Interest" while it clearly states he permits other departments to have different interests than the Public.
A painter, roofer, shoe shine boy or girl also have different interests ... but hardly worth mentioning as we all have different interests, but priority one if we want to stay out of jail we had best give a damn about every individual's equal rights to be equally governed, equally protected, equally benefited and equally punished when called for.
One would have to wonder what they mean when they make reference to CONFLICT of INTEREST for assuredly he belongs to a political party headed by the Premier that appoints him ... and that would be you Dalton McGuinty who appointed Michael Bryant ... and assuredly you can disappoint him too Right? ... but you didn't did you and left him loose to murder that guy EH?
It is obvious the governments have different interests as reality attests with Brian Mulroney a Prime example that accepted a bribe that he was willing to exchange inside information and use his influential power granted him by the people in TRUST as he admitted to tax evasion while dealing with an arms dealer as if it makes any difference of whether he accepted the bribe while in office or not, but he was bought for influential prowess as did all the corporations that he Chairs that assuredly his unscrupulous nature has been established as well as all others that believe bribery is legal for insider knowledge and influential power in what the people are led to believe is their government and the DOJ informed me it was the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada and I can go screw myself ... hire one of their illegitimate private sector lawyers of the Law Society that he has precedence and if I think I have more money to waste than he does I can bring it on, because money is precisely what they are all after with out a semblance of a modus operandi to hold any of them ACCOUNTABLE that most assuredly they are no matter what they would have us believe, for there simply can be no such thing as RESPONSIBLE without a due process of ACCOUNTABILITY to ensure it.
When they are all obviously in on the conspiracy who is going to hold who RESPONSIBLE when decidedly there is no one held RESPONSIBLE ... before now that is.

Ultimately the Attorney General is accountable

So is he possibly responsible as the legal advisor of the legislature and then accountable to the people through the legislature and if so what would he advise?

15. (1) Every individual is equal before and under the law and has the right to the equal protection and equal benefit of the law without discrimination and, in particular, without discrimination based on race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, sex, age or mental or physical disability.
This has been characterized as a constitutional
responsibility to ensure that the public interest is well and independently
represented. It may involve interventions in private litigation or Charter
challenges to legislation, even if the arguments conclude that the legislation
does contravene constitutionally protected rights.
It is now an accepted and important
constitutional principle that the Attorney General must carry out the
Minister's criminal prosecution responsibilities independent of Cabinet and of
any partisan political pressures. The Attorney General's responsibility for
individual criminal prosecutions must be undertaken - and seen to be undertaken
- on strictly objective and legal criteria, free of any political
considerations. Whether to initiate or stay a criminal proceeding is not an
issue of government policy. This responsibility has been characterized as a
matter of the Attorney General acting as the Queen's Attorney - not as a
Minister of the government of the day.
Ultimately the Attorney General is accountable
to the people of the province, through the Legislature, for decisions
relating to criminal prosecutions. Such accountability can only occur, of
course, once the prosecution is completed or when a final decision has been
made not to prosecute. The sub judicae rule bars any comment on a matter before
the courts that is likely to influence the matter. The sub judicae rule
strictly prohibits the Attorney General from commenting on prosecutions that
are before the courts. Given the stature of the Attorney General's position,
any public comment coming from the office would be seen as an attempt to
influence the case.
I am quite sure that former Attorney General Michael Bryant has made it quite clear that he is not going to prosecute, now out on the streets murdering people for disorderly conduct.
Where is the ACCOUNTABILITY Legislature or are they still attempting to determine who zooms who?
May I suggest that since I have been attempting to get the Legislature to hold Michael Bryant ACCOUNTABLE that it would not be appropriate for him to advise them that would be obviously a Conflict of Interest as is everything else and thus the Legislature without guidance would just have to continue picking their noses.
Perhaps they could get Chris Bentley to advise them after he is through advising the Minister of Community Safety and Correctional Services Rick Bartolucci or the OPP Commissioner Julian Fantino after the Minister of Community Safety and Correctional Services advises him
The responsibility is to present the case fairly
- not necessarily to convict. This is a fundamental precept of criminal law,
even if it is not a particularly well-understood concept among the general
public. One of the Attorney General's responsibilities in fostering public
respect for the rule of law, is to assist the public in understanding the
nature and limits of the prosecutorial function.
Perhaps Chris Bentley would be kind enough to explain to me why he obstructed me in my pursuance of justice and why he aided and abetted the Criminal Don Wilson's flight from justice.
Perhaps he is on the case and just cannot make any sense out of it without looking at the evidence or giving a damn about it
